Damages and issues

*We strive to provide you with a quality product that exceeds your expectations. Please, check your unpin receipt and contact us at Southernhangers@gmail.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. We do not typically offer refunds, but we will always work with you to make it right.

*Please note that each item is hand made and hand painted. There could be some slight variance at times. We feel that is part of the charm of a hand made item. 

*We use quality photography to try to show the product's details as accurately as possible. Occasionally, the colors might look slightly different in person than on a screen.  

*Due to availability, occasionally the ribbon might differ slightly from the picture, but it will always be something very similar.
